Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 September 2026 · These terms are an agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Norvelio (Proprietorship), Baburao Nagar, Shirur, Dist. Pune – 412210, Maharashtra, India ("Norvelio", "we", "us").

By using norvelio.in, requesting a quotation, making a payment, or using Norvelio Business software, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Our services

Norvelio provides digital services including website and app development, business software, AI and automation, digital marketing, design and branding, marketplace onboarding, content, data and IT support ("Services"), and a subscription software product, Norvelio Business ("Software"). Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices; the exact scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written quotation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, or be acting on behalf of a business that authorises you to do so.

3. Quotations, orders and payment

• A project begins only after you accept a written quotation (WhatsApp/email) and pay the advance mentioned in it (typically 50%). The balance is payable on delivery, before the final handover or publishing.
• Monthly services and the Software are billed in advance for each month and renew automatically until cancelled.
• All payments are made through Razorpay or bank transfer to the account mentioned in the quotation/invoice. Taxes, if applicable, are extra.
• Third-party costs (domain, hosting, advertising spend, paid tools, app store fees, SMS/WhatsApp message charges) are billed separately at actual cost unless the quotation states otherwise.
• If a payment is overdue by more than 15 days, we may pause work or suspend access until payment is received.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide the content, images, logins, approvals and information needed for the project on time. Delivery timelines start only after the advance and all required inputs are received.
• Ensure you own or have the right to use all material you give us (text, images, logos, videos). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and products.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Revisions and scope

Each quotation states the number of revisions included. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Work not covered by the quotation is not included.

6. Intellectual property

• After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (website design, custom code written for your project, logos and designs).
• Norvelio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and the Norvelio Business software, which are licensed to you, not sold.
• Third-party components (themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, open-source libraries) remain subject to their own licences.
• We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Norvelio Business software terms

• The Software is provided on a monthly subscription. You receive a non-transferable licence to use it for your own business for as long as your subscription is active.
• Your business data entered in the Software belongs to you. You can export it any time. We access it only to provide support, maintain the service, or as required by law.
• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. The Software includes offline billing so day-to-day work continues during internet outages.
• The Norvelio AI assistant provides suggestions and can perform actions you confirm. You are responsible for reviewing bills, stock entries and messages before relying on them. AI outputs may contain errors.
• Do not use the Software to send spam, unlawful content, or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them. Message charges of WhatsApp/SMS providers apply as per your plan.
• When a subscription ends, access is restricted as described in the Refund Policy, and data is deleted after 90 days.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our website, Services or Software for anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to distribute malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Warranties and support

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on websites and custom software after delivery for issues caused by our work. Ongoing maintenance, hosting renewals and updates are covered under separate maintenance plans. Results of marketing services (rankings, leads, sales) depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norvelio's total liability for any claim arising from the Services or Software is limited to the amount you paid to Norvelio for the specific service or the last 3 months of subscription fees, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data caused by factors outside our control, or business interruption.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project or subscription as described in the Refund Policy. We may terminate immediately for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, payment, liability and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us first at support@norvelio.in; most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services or Software after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
